** furniture and larger items will ship by motor freight to curbside delivery. Delivery of furniture may depend on if item is available or made to order. Most furniture is distressed and this is not a sign of damage. Furniture should be inspected at time of delivery.

We at Laylaloou are committed to finding and selling, high quality merchandise. If you receive a damaged product, you must submit an email to email@example.com with RETURN/DAMAGED in the subject line. We will send a response to your email to instruct you how to proceed with your return. All requests must be to Laylaloou WITHIN 2 DAYS OF DELIVERY to your home. Should your items arrive damaged, please submit an email to us with photo’s of the product and the package on arrival to substantiate damage. Upon receipt of your email we will review the claim for approval. Returns due to damage will be replaced unless we are out of stock. If we are out of stock, we will issue an in-store credit otherwise will send a replacement of the same product. All claims must be submitted and received by Laylaloou within 1 week from receipt of shipment. A Copy of email return request and response must be included in return shipment.

Any item that is sold will incur a 25% restocking fee if returned, due to the specialized handling involved and shipping cost we incur for free shipping to you. Any remaining balance due will be issued as in-store credit. All furniture large signs, and lighting is considered Special Order merchandis. We do not accept returns on small items so please review your product dimensions and descriptions in detail.
Our vast collection of products may vary in color or distressing due to the finishing to reproduce a vintage one of a kind look. Color may vary slightly from the photo because of lighting during the shoot and the lighting in your home. Should you be unhappy with the unique piece, it may be returned under the guidelines of our stated Return Policy.
Items shipped via freight carrier (furniture) are not returnable, and must be inspected and accepted or refused because of damage upon delivery.
