SHIPPING POLICY
FREE CURBSIDE SHIPPING to most US States some exclusions apply.
In stock merchandise usually ships within 7-14 days. If an item is sold out or back ordered we will notify you by email with an approximate ship date. Some items may be delayed and on backorder due to the Covid Pandemic. We will notify you by email with any delays or updates regarding your order as they are available to us.  
Shipping carriers may be UPSP, Fed Ex, DHL or UPS. Shipping is only available in the US excluding Hawaii and Alaska and APO boxes. *** DO NOT dispose of any packing or shipping crates until you have inspected for damage. ** pick up for exchanges will require repacking and pallet for pickup. 

** furniture and larger items will ship by motor freight to curbside delivery. Delivery of furniture may depend on if item is available or made to order. Most furniture is distressed and this is not a sign of damage. Furniture should be inspected at time of delivery and you must email us with pictures of the damage within 24 hours .

Ships Free by Truck via curbside only, appointment required. Please include a valid address and phone number. Laylaloou Furniture and Decor stands behind all our products and only sell  high quality merchandise. We hope you love your selections, but if you are not completely satisfied, your return request must be received within 24 hours of product delivery. Please contact us info@laylaloou.com within 24 hours of receiving the merchandize for Return Authorization Consideration and instructions.

In the event your items arrive damaged, please submit photos to substantiate damage to info@laylaloou.com within 24 hours. Upon receipt, we will review the claim for approval. Returns due to damage will be replaced. All claims must be submitted and received by Laylaloou Furniture and Decor within 2 buisiness days of  delivery. 

If damage is done during shipment, all original packaging must be kept until you are notified otherwise. Please take pictures of the package before you open it to show any damage. 

LIGHTING

Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less original shipping and handling paid on our end. 

Please note, most of our items are made individually and will vary in finish. You may request an exchange of the once the lighting is received. A refund will be issued once completed within 7-10 business days, less original shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee (per fixture) . 

FURNITURE

Furniture orders may be canceled only within 24 hours of submitting the order. All furniture sales are final after this cancellation window. Please note, preorder dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production and shipping and supply issues. We work extremely hard to update you with a notification if your order is delayed as we receive new dates and will contact you as we receive new dates. Please measure your space prior to ordering and reach out to us regarding any questions about furniture as we cannot accept returns on any furniture purchases. Furniture is inspected prior to shipment, but occasionally damages will occur. All freight items must be inspected prior to accepting the delivery. If damage is noted, the freight must be refused. Please contact us and include pictures if the packages is damaged. Please contact us at info@laylaloou within 24 hours if freight is refused due only to damage with clear pictures of the damage to initiate a replacement shipment. We can not accept refusal of any packaging that is not damaged and the damage must be submitted with pictures. 

Furniture that is refused will be will be issued store credit as a refund less the original shipping and handling fee charges, and a 25% restocking fee from the original pre-discounted product price, and any return shipping fees.

Please provide a current address and phone number. The ship company will contact you with the number you have provided for an appointment. If they are unable to contact you and the piece is returned to the company you will be responsible for re shipping charges. You must be present for shipping. You are responsible to take pictures of any damages to the package. 

RETURN & DAMAGE POLICY

We at Laylaloou are committed to finding and selling, high quality merchandise.  If you receive a damaged   product we will be glad to replace your item. You must submit an email to info@laylaloou.com with RETURN/DAMAGED in the subject line. We will send a response to your email to instruct you how to proceed with your return.  All requests must be to Laylaloou WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY to your home. Should your items arrive damaged, please submit an email to us with photo’s of the product and the package on arrival to substantiate damage. Upon receipt of your email we will review the claim for approval.  Returns due to damage will be replaced unless we are out of stock. If we are out of stock, we will issue an in-store credit otherwise will send a replacement of the same product. All claims must be submitted and received by Laylaloou within 1 week from receipt of shipment. A Copy of email return request and response must be included in return shipment.

 We do not accept returns on small items unless damaged or faulty upon arrival. If the product is damage, you must keep the packing and send us pictures within 24 hours

Our vast collection of products may vary in color or distressing due to the finishing to reproduce a vintage one of a kind look. Color may vary slightly from the photo because of lighting during the shoot and the lighting in your home.  

Items shipped via freight carrier (furniture) are not returnable unless damaged and must be inspected and accepted or refused because of damage upon delivery. If the shipping company does not allow you to inspect the product, you must keep the packing and send us pictures within 24 hours. Email pictures and packing to info@laylalloou.com.  If damage occurred during shipping please follow the above instructions.
