We keep in close contact with our vendors and with you, giving you peace of mind in the shipping and delivery process.

Furniture and lighting are considered special orders. Furniture and some large items will ship via common freight carrier.  Freight transit times may range but typically arrives within 1-2 weeks. Please include a valid phone number so representative from the freight company may  call to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. Failure to return calls or leave a valid number can result in delays.

We at Laylaloou are committed to finding and selling, high quality merchandise. Items which arrive damanged will be replaced, in accordance with our Return and Damage Policy.

Our vast collection of products may vary in color or distressing due to the finishing to reproduce a vintage one of a kind look. Color may vary slightly from the photo because of lighting during the shoot and the lighting in your home.  Should you be unhappy with the unique piece, it may be returned under the guidelines of our stated Return Policy:

Any item that is sold will incur a 25% restocking fee if returned, due to the specialized handling involved and shipping cost we incur for free shipping to you. Any remaining balance due will be issued as in-store credit.  All furniture, large signs, and lighting is considered Special Order merchandise. We do not accept returns on small items so please review your product dimensions and descriptions in detail. 

Items shipped via freight carrier (furniture) are not returnable, and must be inspected and accepted or refused because of damage upon delivery.

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, after which time sales are final.
• Backordered items will ship as soon as the product becomes available. We will send an email to update you with an approximate ship date.
• Backorder dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production and unforseen weather conditions or disasters.
